Although we do not accept returns or do refunds, we have a 30-day policy in which you can request to exchange the item if it is damaged in someway on arrival. Please contact us at info@thecolouremporium.co.uk with any issues.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items.
